Our market area is Beach cottages for now, in the future we hope to expand into pool cleaning, some commercial cleans and help us get threw the winter construction cleans.

Larger cleaning companies struggle to find Reliable Quality Cleaners. Most of them grow so fast and so much that quality gets replaced by quantity.
And the problems that rental companies face within house cleaning is again not being able to find enough reliable quality Cleaners to cover their homes. And they don't have the time for proper training because of handling the management of the units, homeowners and guests.
My vision is to never exceed a quantity that will jeopardize the quality that is expected and desired by both the guest and our customer. And to relieve the stress of the rental companies. I will employ and train qualified individuals and monitor their work closely and reward those that can meet my quality standards.

The biggest risk we take is with people, finding reliable quality-minded trustworthy employees will be our hardest achievement.
But with the correct training, support and compassion you can eliminate some of those risks and Coach them into being the best that they can be.
